With nearly two decades of experience leading tech learning, customer success and customer value management teams in SaaS and EdTech, I have built high-performing teams, designed programs that target strategic results, and proven the ROI of investments in people and technology. 

In 2024, I burned out. I had to rebuild my boundaries, uncover my energy and refine my purpose. I realized our careers no longer move in predictable lines - nor do our strategies for business transformation. Traditional approaches to high performance cannot keep up with today's pace of change. Real impact is created through mentorship, networked learning and bold, collaborative moves.
